Founded by Shirley McKenna, Premier 21 is known for its Permanent Makeup and “Beauty Therapy” procedures throughout Lincolnshire and the North East.

Shirley specializes in a variety of permanent cosmetic procedures, such as lip liner/color, eyebrows, and eyeliner. Her Beauty Therapy techniques include: facials, waxing, eyelash & brow tinting, eyebrow shaping, pedicures and manicures, as well as slimming courses and products that help to tone up your cellulite areas.

Education

Shirley received her permanent makeup education from the American Institute of Intradermal Cosmetics, in Johannesburg, South Africa under Nora Barnard, while taking advanced courses and seminars, keeping up to date with intradermal concepts.

Shirley trained as a Beauty Therapist in 1971 in Johannesburg, South Africa and has owned Beauty and Slimming Studios in England, South Africa and Australia.

Shirley is the UK agent for the incredible X-Cell-U-Cell professional slimming machines specifically designed to target those stubborn cellulite areas (for business opportunities or nearest salon go to Services/Procedures page).
